Feelka
Feelka is an urban restaurant and delivery service specializing in sushi, pizza, and bowls, with a presence in Kokshetau and Astana. The project evolved from Town, a well-known local brand in Kokshetau. As the business entered a new stage of development, it needed a more contemporary and independent identity capable of growing beyond a single city.
We began with strategy, analyzing the audience, competitive landscape, the existing brand equity of Town, and the project’s growth potential. Based on these insights, we defined Feelka’s new positioning, personality, and communication principles, preserving its connection with an established loyal audience while preparing the brand for further expansion.
We translated the strategy into a comprehensive visual identity for Feelka. We developed a unified system for color, typography, graphics, and communication materials, creating a recognizable image of a contemporary urban food brand.
The visual system was adapted across the brand’s key touchpoints, including packaging, menus, social media, advertising materials, outdoor and printed media, restaurant environments, and digital communications. This gave Feelka a cohesive visual language that works consistently across both Kokshetau and Astana.

Following the strategy and branding stages, we continued supporting Feelka through ongoing operational marketing. The Magiceight team manages the brand’s day-to-day communications, advertising campaigns, content, design, and promotion, maintaining a consistent approach across all channels.
This allows Feelka to grow as a coherent brand rather than through isolated marketing activities. Strategy and identity guide everyday execution, while every new campaign, offer, and communication reinforces the overall brand image and supports the business objectives in both cities.
