Injir
Injir teahouse was opening in Kokshetau's Keruen mall — a new Eastern cuisine restaurant entering a competitive market with no name, no identity, and no audience. The owners needed more than a logo: they needed a full launch — a recognizable brand conveying the warmth of Eastern hospitality, and a guest acquisition system working from day one.
We joined the project at the pre-opening stage and took on the entire cycle: from visual identity development to go-to-market strategy and day-to-day promotion. The goal was simple — by opening day, the city should already know about Injir.
We designed the logo and prepared a logobook with usage guidelines, then built the restaurant's full visual identity around it: colors, typography, menu design, print materials, and social media templates. The visual language blends East and modernity — warm and appetizing, without the "oriental bazaar" clichés.
In parallel, we developed the opening strategy: positioning ("a place for warm gatherings"), an Instagram content framework and content plan, a landing page, business listings on 2GIS, Yandex, and Google, quick-reply systems, and guest feedback collection via Google Forms. By opening day, Injir had a complete brand infrastructure — not just an empty account.

After the opening, we ran the full SMM cycle: copywriting, photo and video production, Reels, up to 170+ stories per month, targeted advertising, and influencer collaborations. Every month, the client received a transparent report with planned vs. actual work and performance dynamics.
We bet on appetizing content and local influencers — and it worked: after a single blogger visit, the account gained 212 followers in 4 days, while daily Direct inquiries jumped from 3 to 17 and never fell back to starting levels. Paid traffic stayed cheap, with clicks averaging $0.10.

Results
The @injirkokshetau account was launched from scratch and gained 700 followers within the first two months.
Daily Instagram inquiries grew from 3 to 17, with audience engagement (ER) reaching 9.33%.
We processed dozens of reviews and built the restaurant's map-based reputation, where guests book tables and order delivery.
