RaiThai
A comprehensive brand strategy was developed for the premium RaiThai SPA network to support business growth and establish a unified brand positioning across all locations. The project included defining the brand platform, core values, communication strategy, and customer experience standards, creating a solid foundation for expansion into three cities across Kazakhstan.
A key milestone of the project was supporting the launch of new RaiThai SPA locations in Petropavlovsk and Aktau. Our team managed the brand adaptation for new markets while ensuring a consistent customer experience and unified brand identity across the entire network.
Based on the brand strategy, we created a complete visual identity that reflects the premium Thai SPA philosophy of RaiThai. The project included the development of the brand identity system, visual guidelines, and design standards for every customer touchpoint.
We also designed the entire range of branded materials required for SPA operations, including exterior signage, facade design, interior graphics, navigation, price lists, gift certificates, service menus, promotional materials, POS materials, packaging, and all printed collateral.
Following the brand development, our team provided full-scale marketing support for the RaiThai network. The strategy included social media management, photo and video production, paid advertising, search marketing, local SEO, reputation management, and ongoing promotional campaigns.
This integrated approach combined online and offline marketing into one unified customer acquisition system. Continuous analytics and campaign optimization increased brand awareness and generated a stable flow of new customers across all operating locations.
